Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome clients throughout the store and department to initiate the customer experience.
- Engage customers to build authentic connections and provide personalized styling recommendations.
- Demonstrate selling and service behaviors to develop lasting customer relationships.
- Follow up on customer requests and commitments in a timely manner.
- Promote store services and handle transactions smoothly at point of sale.
- Assist across store areas including sales floor and fitting room and maintain presentation standards.
- Educate self and clients on merchandise, events, promotions, policies and services.
- Support operational tasks such as stocking, processing receipts, and maintaining fitting rooms.
- Collaborate with store leaders and peers to meet goals and foster a positive team environment.
Requirements
- Styling experience in luxury fashion or strong knowledge of designer trends and brands.
- Effective communication skills and ability to create meaningful customer connections.
- Customer service or sales associate experience preferred.
- Ability to maneuver on the sales floor and stockroom and lift up to 30lb.
- Willingness to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Proficiency with technology and ability to operate a point of sale system.
- Motivated and results driven with ability to set and achieve sales goals.
- Ability to stand, bend, climb stairs, and lift and carry up to 10 pounds as required.
