SummaryThe Wholesale Customer Service and Logistics Coordinator serves as the primary liaison between the Wholesale team and its clients, managing the full lifecycle of orders and shipments from creation to delivery. This role ensures client needs are met with accuracy and urgency, proactively communicating challenges, risks, and opportunities to management to maintain efficient operations and deliver a consistently high level of service. This is a six-month full-time, non-exempt temporary position, eligible for overtime, benefits, and paid time off.
Responsibilities- Compile seasonal UPC files and coordinate with clients to ensure timely creation of purchase orders via EDI.
- Manage daily EDI PO allocations, monitor orders weekly, and address any discrepancies promptly.
- Coordinate with HQ Customer Service to transmit accurate order confirmations to clients.
- Facilitate goods release from Pennsylvania and Canadian warehouses in line with delivery schedules and client requirements.
- Monitor and review weekly shipment reports, proactively addressing any delays or issues.
- Create and track end-of-season and damaged Return-to-Vendor requests, reconciling against client data to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and dispute chargebacks, including adjustments related to Designated Sales Associates, working closely with Accounts Payable to ensure accurate resolution.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date DSA and master contact lists.
- Compile and fulfill product copy requests, ensuring timely and accurate information is shared with clients.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, team-oriented approach, actively supporting activities that contribute to overall business goals.
- Foster a positive and respectful work environment, encouraging open communication and cooperation across teams and with management.

- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned by management in support of team and company objectives.
Requirements- Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent relevant work experience in lieu of a degree will be considered.
- Experience in the fashion or luxury goods industry preferred.
- Familiarity with major U.S. and Canadian retailers is an asset.
- Ability to take direction effectively and consistently meet deadlines.
- Positive, enthusiastic, and collaborative attitude.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to work confidently with numerical data.
- Excellent analytical, reasoning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with solid organizational abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant computer applications; knowledge of Stealth3000 preferred.
- Hands-on approach with a willingness to assist in other areas of the business as needed.
