Responsibilities- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale partners, ensuring ongoing communication with store staff, buyers, and headquarters.
- Act as a brand ambassador, reinforcing Kenzo’s DNA and storytelling across the wholesale network.
- Develop seasonal and annual sales targets for each wholesale partner, in alignment with HQ’s strategic vision.
- Drive the achievement of commercial targets by working closely with buying teams, partners, and brand ambassadors.
- Monitor sell-through and stock levels, making recommendations to optimize turnover and maximize performance.
- Support the sales strategy for the Americas and identify new opportunities for business growth.
- Sell collections during Paris showroom appointments, ensuring strong assortment planning and replenishment proposals.
- Oversee the execution of Kenzo’s Visual Merchandising guidelines across wholesale accounts to ensure optimal brand representation.
- Provide detailed sales analysis, including feedback on product performance and market trends, to HQ teams.
- Regularly visit stores to assess business performance and align on merchandising and training needs.
- Work closely with Kenzo HQ to ensure timely deliveries and optimal stock management for wholesale partners.
- Support partners with store operations, ensuring high standards in visual presentation and brand consistency.
- Collaborate with HQ and marketing teams to implement key activations and retail events.
- Facilitate training sessions for store teams to enhance brand knowledge and selling techniques.
- Monitor shipping, customer service, and overall operational efficiency, flagging any issues proactively.
- Participate in key wholesale events, client summits, and industry networking opportunities to strengthen Kenzo’s presence in the market.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in wholesale, retail, or a related commercial role in fashion/luxury.
- Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint) and strong ability to analyze sales data.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and internal teams.
- Highly organized with the ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience in Visual Merchandising and product training is a plus.
- French or Spanish language skills are a plus but not required.
