Women'S Design Intern, Concept

Summary

Paid 10-week summer internship supporting the Women’s Concept Development Team in design execution, PLM management, sample coordination and presentation preparation. The role involves hands-on support from 2D design through 3D development and collaboration with cross functional partners. Interns participate in a structured learning program and present a capstone project to senior leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of design projects from approved 2D design through 3D development
• Maintain accurate line plans and manage product information in PLM including archiving
• Partner with stones and purchasing to order materials for the design process
• Manage sample photography and keep the workspace organized
• Assist in creation of spec sheets, technical drawings, and colorway edits
• Prepare materials and support meeting prep for design presentations
• Collaborate with team members on capstone project and present to leadership

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in undergraduate studies in a related field with 3.0 GPA minimum
• Prefer proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Experience in jewelry design and stones preferred
• Highly organized and self motivated
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Creative aesthetic aligned with the brand
