Job Description:

The Regional Outlet Stores Manager is responsible for overseeing the sales performance, operations, and client experience of Etro’s 6 outlet stores. Working in close partnership with store managers and the New York corporate team, the Regional Outlet Stores Manager will be responsible for driving results and ensuring that all stores are consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service and brand experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the daily operations of all 6 outlet stores, including managing budgets, monitoring inventory levels, and coordinating with the corporate team on merchandising and marketing initiatives.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase store traffic, including analyzing sales data, identifying growth opportunities, and implementing targeted marketing campaigns.
  • Ensure that all stores are consistently delivering the highest levels of customer service, including training store staff on brand standards and product knowledge.
  • Collaborate with the Vice President of Retail and Store Managers to develop and execute action plans to improve store performance and meet company goals.
  • Monitor store performance and provide regular reports to the Vice President of Retail on key metrics such as sales, traffic, and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices, and identify opportunities to improve store operations and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of retail management experience, with a proven track record of driving sales and improving store performance.
  • Several experience in the outlet business is a plus.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and manage a team of store managers and sales associates.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with corporate team members and store staff.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to analyze sales data and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and other business software.
  • Experience in a luxury retail environment is a plus.
