Job Description

Summary

As an Account Executive at Essilor Labs of America, you will be the primary contact for existing accounts within your assigned territory. You will be responsible for driving sales performance, fostering customer relationships, and expanding sales volume for Essilor branded products. Your role will involve acquiring and growing ECP's business and loyalty through effective positioning and delivery of branded products, marketing strategies, and service excellence.

Responsibilities
  • Partner with Specialists to drive growth of Essilor branded products and training opportunities.
  • Develop existing account base and gain new accounts through territory prospecting.
  • Review cycle plans, market conditions, and customer needs with District Sales Manager to plan territory sales strategy.
  • Build and implement strategies for all accounts, with in-depth strategies for key accounts.
  • Utilize Brand Sales strategy to develop trusted partnerships with ECPs.
  • Determine customer needs and position Essilor’s premium branded products effectively.
  • Use analytical tools and software applications to manage Territory accounts.
  • Conduct effective account seminars for large and small audiences.
  • Anticipate and address customer needs and issues proactively.
Requirements
  • 3 to 5 years of sales experience with demonstrated results.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills and adaptability.
  • Demonstrated computer and presentation skills.
  • Customer service orientation with preferred experience in client relations.
  • Ability to travel overnight approximately 50%.
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred.
