Asset Protection Operations Manager

As an Asset Protection Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in implementing comprehensive asset protection measures to ensure the safety and security of our corporate offices and retail locations. You will oversee invoicing, vendor management, and the management of asset protection equipment, while coordinating new store openings and renovation projects. Your exceptional communication skills will be essential in fostering productive partnerships with store management, the internal asset protection team, and corporate stakeholders.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of asset protection and operational performance to identify areas for improvement.
• Supervise asset protection invoicing and budgetary reconciliation in collaboration with the field team.
• Manage asset protection timelines for new store projects and renovations, ensuring alignment with financial goals.
• Diagnose and report on offsite warehouses for optimal product storage.
• Lead the initial asset protection phase of new store turnover and renovation projects.
• Oversee monitoring and maintenance of asset protection equipment for optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the Asset Protection Director and Procurement Department to select effective vendor solutions.
• Engage with the field asset protection team and corporate partners for insurance evaluations and internal audits.
• Oversee budgets and financial controls to ensure fiscal responsibility.

• 3-5 years of experience as a retail asset protection manager or higher, luxury retail experience preferred.
• Experience with EBR reporting.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Ability to quickly learn other software programs.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and electronic communication skills.
• Superior organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Strong partnership, communication, and relationship-building skills.
