Responsibilities

• Monitor the sales floor, fitting rooms, exits, and storage areas to deter and detect theft or fraud.
• Conduct investigations, gather witness statements, and preserve evidence related to incidents.
• Prepare accurate incident reports and maintain case documentation.
• Respond to alarms and coordinate with store leadership and local law enforcement as required.
• Assist with inventory audits and cycle counts to identify shrink and discrepancies.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in retail, security, or loss prevention preferred.
• Strong observation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure and handle confidential situations professionally.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and work flexible retail hours, including nights and weekends.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
