Summary

Provide security and loss-prevention support for an outlet retail location, protecting merchandise, employees, and customers. Monitor store activity, respond to incidents, and assist with safety and compliance tasks. Work collaboratively with store leadership to minimize shrink and maintain a secure shopping environment.

Responsibilities

• Monitor sales floor and exit points to deter theft and identify suspicious behavior.
• Conduct safety patrols, bag checks, and merchandise inspections as required.
• Document incidents, complete reports, and assist with investigations.
• Partner with store team and local law enforcement when necessary to resolve incidents.

Requirements

• Previous retail or security experience preferred.
• Strong observational skills and ability to remain calm in stressful situations.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and to perform physical tasks related to loss prevention.
• Legal authorization to work in the United States.
