Assistant Boutique Manager - Costa Mesa

As an Assistant Boutique Manager at A. Lange & Söhne in Costa Mesa, you will serve as a brand ambassador, reflecting the brand image to boutique clients. You will work closely with the Boutique Manager to achieve sales targets and manage day-to-day operations, ensuring an exceptional customer experience.

• Meet personal budgets and achieve Boutique KPIs as defined by the Boutique Manager and Retail Director.
• Analyze business opportunities and support the sales team in building action plans to achieve boutique targets.
• Act as a manager-on-duty in the absence of the Boutique Manager and support team management and training.
• Lead store operations management, ensuring adherence to audit regulations and policies.
• Support customer experience and CRM-related activities, ensuring genuine relationship building with customers.

• Bachelor’s Degree.
• 5+ years of experience in luxury retail management and boutique operations.
• Strong critical thinking and solution-oriented skills.
• Flexibility to work various shifts and travel as needed.
• Proficiency with MS Office and expertise in Excel; SAP proficiency preferred.
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills.
