Summary

The Assistant General Manager supports the General Manager in overseeing daily store operations, driving sales performance, and ensuring an outstanding customer experience. This role helps lead the store team, implements operational standards, and assists with merchandising and inventory control.

Responsibilities

• Assist in managing store sales and achieving performance targets.
• Lead, coach, and develop store associates to deliver excellent customer service.
• Support merchandising, visual standards, and inventory management.
• Coordinate scheduling, staffing, and daily operational tasks.
• Enforce loss prevention and operational compliance procedures.

Requirements

• 1+ years of supervisory or assistant manager experience in retail or a related field.
• Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a retail schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable with physical tasks related to stock handling and visual setup.
