- Coach and mentor staff to implement initiatives that support exceptional customer service standards.
- Provide feedback to Buyers and Planners to identify high sales and profit potential items.
- Execute visual presentation initiatives consistent with Polo Ralph Lauren’s desired image.
- Achieve store shrinkage goals and implement loss prevention procedures.
- Recruit, supervise, and develop staff, and create programs to motivate personnel.
- Direct the execution of promotional strategies and programs.
Requirements- College Degree or equivalent experience.
- 3-5 years of Retail Management Experience, preferably within the luxury retail market.
- Enthusiasm and ability to maintain an environment consistent with Polo’s lifestyle philosophy.
- Ability to guide individuals toward goal achievement using negotiation, teamwork, and motivation skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
