Assistant Manager, Client Development

Summary

Assist in leading the boutique as a brand ambassador and business leader focused on delivering exceptional client experiences and driving sales. Coach and develop the sales team on product knowledge, service delivery, and boutique standards while supporting the Boutique Leadership Team with business insight. Require in-store presence to uphold image, operations, and client development initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Spend time on the selling floor to coach, motivate, and develop team members to deliver elevated client service.
• Support boutique leadership in driving business results through client development, community partnerships, and local events.
• Provide initial and ongoing training on product details, service delivery, and brand savoir faire.
• Foster a positive culture of feedback, diversity, respect, and teamwork within the boutique.
• Ensure boutique image and operational standards are maintained to meet business objectives.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of related experience.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Excellent communication skills; foreign language skills preferred.
• Ability to lift 15 lb and maintain a flexible schedule including late nights, weekends, and some holidays.
