Job Description

Summary

As an Assistant Manager Sales in Fashion Accessories, you will support the Store Manager in driving sales and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing the sales team and maintaining the store's visual standards.

Responsibilities
  • Assist the Store Manager in achieving sales targets and operational goals.
  • Lead and motivate the sales team to provide exceptional customer service.
  • Oversee inventory management and ensure accurate stock levels.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards to enhance the customer experience.
  • Conduct regular training sessions for staff development.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of experience in retail management, preferably in fashion accessories.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
