Responsibilities- Develop, train, and empower associates to achieve and exceed sales objectives.
- Demonstrate leadership on the selling floor, coaching and mentoring the sales team.
- Manage team efforts in clienteling, including effective usage of client books for new client acquisition and retention.
- Meet set category and consignment goals as defined by management.
- Support the sales process and handle customer issues or complaints.
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies and procedures.
- Perform daily reporting and analysis as directed.
- Ensure store visual merchandising guidelines are met and maintained.
- Mentor sales associates and assist in recruitment and development of associates.
- Maintain inventory accuracy and shrink rates within company standards.
Requirements- 5+ years of store management experience within a luxury setting.
- Proficient digital literacy.
- College degree or equivalent experience.
- Foreign languages a plus.
- Ability to empower others and build effective teams.
- Experience in the Beverly Hills market strongly preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to mediate issues and resolve concerns.
- Demonstrated service orientation and customer focus skills.
