Responsibilities- Lead and support the team on the selling floor, ensuring a consistent client experience.
- Provide regular feedback and support to Client Advisors to ensure ongoing development and engagement.
- Manage store opening and closing as Manager on Duty, providing leadership and guidance.
- Conduct morning briefings and deliver key business communication and objectives.
- Develop cross-category focus and ensure team sells all categories across all floors.
- Participate in attracting, recruiting, and onboarding a high-performing team.
- Lead and inspire the team to execute a superior client experience with a hospitality mindset.
- Utilize clienteling tools to activate, retain, and grow client base.
- Monitor client advisor performance and strategize to ensure clienteling excellence.
- Manage customer flow and resolve service issues to retain client relationships.
- Monitor performance of assigned categories and propose action plans to reach targets.
- Collaborate with Store Director and Merchandising team to maximize category potential.
- Ensure Client Advisors develop full product knowledge through training.
- Collaborate with Operations, HR, and Loss Prevention to enforce company policies.
- Provide accurate monthly schedules and maintain visual merchandising standards.
Requirements- 2-4 years of sales management experience in retail, luxury retail, or service-related industry.
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field preferred.
- Ability to analyze selling reports and identify business trends.
- Proven ability to drive positive client experiences and deliver measurable results.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office software.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Passion for the fashion industry and ability to inspire a team.
- Flexibility to work a retail schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
