Responsibilities- Drive sales performance and analyze business results to propose and implement action plans.
- Partner with the Store Director to develop sales strategies and work cross-functionally with corporate partners.
- Identify new opportunities to attract and retain clients and empower sales staff to meet sales goals.
- Organize local events in partnership with the Retail Events Office and leverage the Retail Training Team for continuous improvement.
- Lead customer service quality and develop Fendi customers through CRM tools and private appointments.
- Ensure harmony between front of house and back of house operations and complete administrative paperwork timely.
- Control costs, ensure efficient store operations, and maintain inventory accuracy.
- Build a positive culture to develop and empower staff through goal setting and performance monitoring.
- Attract and recruit top talent and assess staff performance for growth potential.
Requirements- Minimum 5 years of management experience, preferably in luxury retail.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong understanding of the luxury fashion industry and clientele.
- Ability to develop, empower, and train leadership team and staff.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, organization, and follow-through skills.
- Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
