Summary

The Assistant Store Director in Nashville will support the Store Director in leading the sales team and department manager to achieve sales goals and KPIs. The role emphasizes coaching, store operations, visual merchandising and building customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Ensure professional growth and training of staff through a coaching approach
• Define targeted quantitative and qualitative goals and ensure they are achieved
• Assist the Store Director in overseeing floor coverage, driving sales, visual merchandising, customer service and store operations
• Serve as the training ambassador for store training needs
• Build and maintain a network of local and international contacts to promote customer loyalty

Requirements

• Significant experience in the sale of luxury goods or retail
• 2 to 4 years of successful experience in a managerial retail position
• Excellent time management skills
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Knowledge of Concur expense reporting is a plus
