Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager in daily store operations, supervises staff, manages inventory, and helps drive sales and customer service excellence. This role acts as a brand ambassador, helps implement company programs and performs Store Manager responsibilities in their absence.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in achieving sales goals and maximizing profitability
• Supervise and mentor store team and act as a positive role model
• Implement company programs, policies and procedures
• Manage inventory and ensure merchandising standards are met
• Exercise discretion and independent judgment in day to day management
• Perform omni channel services and initiatives
• Support excellent customer service and build client relationships
