Summary
The Beauty Counter Manager delivers personalized beauty experiences while driving sales and coaching team members at an assigned beauty brand. This role combines direct selling, product education, and event execution to build customer loyalty and achieve sales targets in a commissioned retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products tailored to customer goals
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges and open new customer reward accounts
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment and collaborate with team members
- Maintain department organization cleanliness and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends products and industry knowledge through trainings
