Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products aligned with customer goals
- Achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to support business results
- Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and open customer rewards accounts
- Create a welcoming and inclusive environment and collaborate with team members
- Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and customer readiness
- Stay current on beauty trends and brand training provided by employer and partners
Requirements
- Passion for beauty, makeup application, and skincare with strong customer service skills
- Ability to connect with customers and handle customer concerns empathetically
- Proven multitasking, organization, and follow-through abilities

- Flexible availability including evenings and weekends
