Summary
The Store Director is responsible for driving sales and KPIs, sustaining brand image, managing and developing the store team, recruiting and retaining clients, and ensuring compliance with HQ guidelines to maximize store performance.
Responsibilities
- Define execute and monitor store action plans to achieve sales targets and KPIs
- Analyze results daily weekly and monthly and implement follow up actions
- Recruit develop coach and retain store management and store teams
- Promote brand image ensure visual merchandising and client experience align with corporate standards
- Oversee payroll scheduling inventory warehouse stock and day to day store operations
- Manage administrative accounting payroll petty cash and reconciliation tasks
- Ensure compliance with legal safety security HR and sustainability processes
- Develop clienteling strategies engage VIP clients and grow client loyalty
- Drive staff performance through feedback appraisals and development plans
Requirements
- 3-5 years of successful managerial experience in luxury retail managing approximately 20 people
- Inclusive leadership strong coaching and talent development skills
- High sensitivity to client experience and strong interpersonal skills
- Organizational precision adaptability and strong decision making
- Ability to analyze market trends and translate insights into store actions
- Experience with payroll scheduling inventory control and store processes
