Assistant Store Manager - Rodeo Drive

Summary

The Assistant Store Manager supports the Store Manager at the Rodeo Drive boutique to ensure outstanding customer service, drive sales, and maximize store profitability. The role supervises Client Advisors, Cashiers and support staff, oversees visual presentation and store operations, and ensures compliance with company policies. It also includes ownership of client data and analytics, staff training and development, and participation in recruiting and loss-control efforts.

Responsibilities

• Support the Store Manager in achieving and exceeding sales and profitability goals.
• Supervise, coach and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers and support staff.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage, daily goals and staffing to drive sales.
• Manage store operations including inventory logs, alterations, transfers and sales audit tasks.
• Implement and execute visual presentation standards and company initiatives.
• Assist with recruiting, retention, scheduling, payroll and controllable expenses.
• Maintain store manuals, logs and ensure compliance with policies and dress guidelines.

Requirements

• 3+ years luxury retail management experience.
• Strong knowledge and experience in luxury retail and customer service.
• Proven leadership, training and team development skills.
• Proactive, responsible and an excellent communicator.
• Working knowledge of back-of-house operations and sales audit procedures.
