Assistant Store Manager

Summary

Support the Store Manager to achieve sales and service targets by leading the store team, maintaining operational standards, and identifying improvements to deliver an excellent customer and team experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist Store Manager in leading and developing a professional store team
• Collaborate with training teams to develop a high performing team
• Establish weekly and monthly objectives for the team
• Coach staff to present professionally and deliver exceptional customer service
• Ensure merchandise is properly and attractively displayed to visual guidelines
• Work with store support departments to utilize company resources
• Align with Human Resources on policies and development planning
• Perform other duties assigned by the Store Manager

Requirements

• Previous experience in management, sales, hospitality, or service
• Exceptional customer service and clienteling skills
• Strong leadership ability to coach and motivate a team
• Professional verbal and written communication skills
• Flexible availability including nights weekends and holidays
• Willingness to travel to other stores and abroad
