- Identify and implement strategies to achieve and exceed business goals.
- Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus.
- Supervise and follow-up on daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff.
- Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff.
- Maintain working knowledge of all back of house operations.
- Ensure all store manuals and logs are current.
- Manage implementation and execution of all company initiatives within the store.
- Assist in managing sales, shrink, and controllable expenses including payroll.
- Oversee visual presentation and compliance with store policies and procedures.
- Assist in recruiting, retaining, supervising, training, and developing store personnel.
Requirements- 3+ years of luxury retail management experience.
- Rich experience and knowledge in luxury retail.
- Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
- Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
- Excellent communication skills.
