Assistant Store Manager - Sunrise Sawgrass Outlet

As an Assistant Store Manager at the Sunrise Sawgrass Outlet, you will play a crucial role in ensuring customer satisfaction and supporting Client Advisors to drive sales and maximize productivity. You will report directly to the Store Manager and be responsible for compliance with company procedures within the store.

• Own all client data and analytics for North America.
• Identify and implement strategies to achieve and exceed business goals.
• Monitor sales floor and zone coverage to drive sales and maintain customer focus.
• Supervise and follow-up on daily goals and tasks of Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff.
• Train and develop Client Advisors, Cashiers, and Support Staff.
• Maintain working knowledge of all back of house operations.
• Ensure all store manuals and logs are current.
• Manage implementation and execution of all company initiatives within the store.
• Assist in managing sales, shrink, and controllable expenses including payroll.
• Oversee visual presentation and compliance with store policies and procedures.
• Assist in recruiting, retaining, supervising, training, and developing store personnel.

• 3+ years of luxury retail management experience.
• Rich experience and knowledge in luxury retail.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Team-oriented with a proactive attitude.
• Excellent communication skills.
