Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and department sales goals including event targets
• Provide professional make up and treatment consultations and applications
• Use clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
• Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket size
• Proactively offer in store services to personalize the shopping experience
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and welcoming counter environment
• Collaborate with team members and Account Executives to support department objectives

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of retail experience within the Beauty industry
• Proven sales experience achieving or exceeding goals
• Comfortable using technology, online clienteling tools, and social media
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with timing and listening ability
• Ability to learn and apply product knowledge and service offerings
• Works well in a team and contributes to a positive inclusive environment
