Beauty Advisor - Cell (Cosm)

Summary

Provide outstanding customer service and drive individual and vendor line sales as a beauty expert on the cosmetics counter. Build and maintain client relationships using the company clienteling system, support in-house training and pre-booked facial consultation events, and maintain merchandising and counter standards while closing retail sales.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual vendor line and department sales goals
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from approach to closing and follow up
• Utilize online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Maintain a clean, tidy and properly merchandised counter
• Participate in pre-booked facial consultation events and brand trainings
• Collaborate with team members and liaise with designated Account Executives
• Model company service principles including greeting relating exceeding attending and thanking customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in cosmetics
• Proven sales performance with history of exceeding quota
• Ability to work in a fast paced team environment with multitasking
• Proficiency or ability to learn proprietary clienteling tools and software
• Strong interpersonal skills with professional make up and treatment consultation ability
• Attention to detail initiative and sound business judgment
