Beauty Advisor - Creed

Summary

Provide outstanding customer service and drive individual and vendor line sales as the brand expert for Creed within a luxury department store. Build and maintain customer relationships, execute in-house training and appointment events, maintain a well merchandised counter, and utilize clienteling tools to grow personal sales performance.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and deliver exceptional consultative beauty experiences from approach to application to closing the sale
• Achieve and exceed individual vendor line and department sales goals and event targets
• Maintain client records using the store clienteling system to drive repeat business
• Support pre-booked facial consultation events and product demonstrations
• Maintain a clean tidy and properly merchandised counter
• Collaborate with team members and liaise with the designated account executive
• Model company selling principles and provide follow up to customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in cosmetics
• Proven sales track record with history of exceeding quota
• Ability to perform professional make up and treatment consultation and application
• Comfortable using online clienteling tools and proprietary software
• Strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills
• Ability to multitask work in a fast paced team oriented environment
• Initiative attention to detail and sound business judgment
