Summary

Provides outstanding customer service as the brand expert for Guerlain, driving individual and vendor line sales through clienteling, in-person consultations, and maintaining counter standards under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals and event sales targets
• Create and develop excellent customer relationships and act as department representative
• Conduct facial consultation events and professional make-up and treatment applications
• Maintain a clean, tidy and properly merchandised counter
• Model company selling principles including greeting relating exceeding attending and thanking customers
• Drive personal business through proactive client outreach and follow up

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in cosmetics
• Proven sales performance with experience exceeding quota
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment with minimal supervision
• Proficient with online clienteling tools and proprietary software
• Strong interpersonal skills with professional consultation and make up application ability
• Attention to detail initiative and sound business judgment
