Summary

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for developing deep, long-lasting relationships with customers to drive sales, service, and loyalty at the store. Compensation is commission-based and tied to sales performance. The role requires delivering exceptional customer service, sharing expert product knowledge, and meeting personal and brand sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary service and exceed personal and brand sales targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
• Provide expert product knowledge and support the store selling team
• Drive brand sales through events, marketing opportunities, and assortment recommendations
• Attend product knowledge, vendor, and store training sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and related sales support tasks
• Communicate with personal clients regarding events, merchandise requests, and follow-ups
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to selling management as needed

Requirements

• High school diploma
• Minimum of 2 years experience in a commission-based sales environment
• Prior luxury retail sales experience preferred
• Make-up artistry or esthetics certificate may be required for certain brands
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Highly collaborative with strong multitasking skills
• Bilingual French and English preferred
