Responsibilities

• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and other sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels about events, requests, and follow-ups
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management when required

Requirements

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales quotas
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Proficiency using social media and digital tools to promote personal brand and engage clients
• Broad product knowledge across store categories and strong understanding of fashion trends
