Summary

The Sales Associate builds deep, long-lasting customer relationships to drive sales, service, and loyalty in a luxury retail environment. Compensation is commission-based and tied to individual sales performance. The role requires proactive client outreach, strong product knowledge, and consistent achievement of sales targets.

Responsibilities

• Deliver extraordinary customer service on the sales floor
• Exceed individual sales and service goals and targets
• Build and maintain a loyal personal client base through acquisition and retention
• Attend product knowledge and vendor training sessions
• Perform floor recovery, visual merchandising, price changes, and sales support tasks
• Communicate with clients via phone, mail, and electronic channels about events and merchandise
• Resolve customer service issues and escalate to management when necessary
• Comply with Health & Safety, privacy, and cyber security policies

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years experience in a commission-based luxury sales environment
• Proven track record of consistent sales performance and quota attainment
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Collaborative team orientation and strong interpersonal skills
• Ability to leverage social media and digital channels to build a personal brand and client base
• Comfortable using multiple technology channels to engage clients and drive sales
• Broad product knowledge across store categories and awareness of current fashion trends
