Beauty Advisor - Initio

Summary

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service, driving individual and vendor line sales, building and maintaining client relationships, and maintaining a well merchandised counter while closing retail sales. This role utilizes clienteling tools, supports in-house training and pre-booked consultation events, and works under the Cosmetics Selling Manager to grow business.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service from approach to closing the sale and follow up
• Achieve and exceed individual vendor line and department sales goals
• Maintain and develop customer relationships as the brand expert
• Utilize online clienteling tools to record client information and preferences
• Support pre-booked facial consultation events and product demonstrations
• Maintain clean tidy and welcoming counter standards
• Collaborate with team members and liaise with Account Executive
• Participate in in-house training programs and apply professional make up and treatments

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in cosmetics
• Proven successful sales experience with quota attainment
• Ability to work in a fast paced team oriented environment and multitask
• Proficiency or ability to learn clienteling software and online tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with professional consultative presentation
• Attention to detail initiative and sound business judgment
• Ability to work independently to drive personal sales performance
