Beauty Advisor - Le Labo

Summary

The Beauty Advisor is responsible for delivering outstanding customer service and driving individual and vendor line sales at the cosmetics counter. Reporting to the Cosmetics Selling Manager, this role builds and maintains customer relationships, executes in-house training and events, and maintains merchandising and clienteling activities to achieve sales goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product knowledge and personalized consultations to customers.
• Drive individual and vendor line sales to meet and exceed quotas.
• Conduct pre-booked facial consultations and event sales activities.
• Use clienteling tools to record client information and follow up to grow business.
• Maintain a clean, well-merchandised counter and brand presentation standards.
• Collaborate with team members and vendor partners to support sales objectives.
• Perform professional make-up application and treatment consultations.

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics.
• Proven sales track record with ability to meet quotas.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced, team oriented environment.
• Proficiency with online clienteling tools and sales systems.
• Attention to detail and initiative to drive individual business.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
