The Beauty Advisor provides an elevated client experience by delivering personalized beauty consultations, performing make up and treatment applications, and driving sales through product knowledge and clienteling. This role focuses on achieving individual and department sales goals while maintaining counter standards and representing the brand professionally.

Responsibilities

• Engage clients to assess needs and recommend products and services
• Perform professional make up demonstrations and treatment consultations
• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals
• Use online clienteling tools to record client information and preferences
• Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
• Cross sell across lines to increase client basket and drive results
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming counter presentation
• Collaborate with team members to support a positive store environment

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Proven sales experience with history of meeting or exceeding goals
• Comfortable using clienteling software, social media and technology
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with timing and listening ability
• Ability to deliver an elevated client experience and foster long term relationships
