Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals
• Deliver professional make up and treatment consultations and applications
• Develop and maintain excellent client relationships and brand expertise
• Use online clienteling tools to record client information and preferences
• Actively participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
• Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket
• Maintain a clean, tidy and welcoming counter environment
• Proactively offer in store services to personalize the client experience

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Proven sales success achieving or exceeding goals
• Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software
