Beauty Advisor

Summary

Provide outstanding customer service and drive individual and vendor line sales at the cosmetics counter while building and maintaining customer relationships. Execute professional make-up and treatment consultations, utilize clienteling tools to grow business, and maintain merchandising and counter standards under direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and vendor line sales goals and event sales targets
• Conduct pre-booked facial consultations and treatment applications
• Deliver exceptional customer experience from approach through closing and follow up
• Utilize online clienteling tools to record client information and preferences
• Maintain a clean, tidy, and properly merchandised counter
• Build and maintain customer relationships and develop new accounts
• Work collaboratively with team members and designated Account Executive

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience, preferably in cosmetics
• Proven sales success with experience exceeding quotas
• Ability to perform professional make-up and treatment consultations and application
• Comfortable using online clienteling tools and proprietary software
• Strong interpersonal skills with ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment
• Detail oriented, proactive, and able to work independently and as part of a team
