Summary

Provide exceptional customer service and expert cosmetics consultation to drive individual and vendor line sales while maintaining counter standards and building lasting client relationships. Operate under the direction of the Cosmetics Selling Manager, utilize company clienteling tools, and support in-house training and pre-booked facial consultation events. Consistently meet sales goals and represent the brand professionally at all times.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized make up and treatment consultations and applications
• Achieve and exceed individual vendor line and department sales goals
• Maintain a clean tidy and welcoming selling area and merchandise counter properly
• Use online clienteling tools to record and maintain client information and preferences
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships and expand client base
• Participate in pre booked facial consultation events and in house training programs
• Collaborate effectively with team members and designated Account Executive
• Close retail sales proficiently and follow up with customers

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience preferably in a cosmetics environment
• Proven sales experience with history of meeting or exceeding quota
• Ability to perform in a fast paced team oriented environment with multitasking
• Familiarity or ability to learn clienteling software and online tools
• Strong interpersonal skills with professional judgment and organizational ability
• Attention to detail initiative and ability to work independently and with others
• Demonstrated professional make up and treatment consultation skills
