Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed individual and department cosmetic sales goals
• Provide a dynamic service presence and professional consultations and applications
• Use questioning to identify client needs and recommend products or services
• Participate on social media to grow personal brand and business
• Cross sell beyond one line to increase average transaction value
• Offer in-store services to personalize the shopping experience
• Maintain client records using online clienteling tools
• Keep counter standards clean tidy and welcoming
• Perform ad hoc responsibilities as needed

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
• Proven sales performance achieving or exceeding goals
• Comfortable using social media and technology for clienteling
• Ability to learn and utilize online clienteling tools and software
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain excellent client relationships
• Professional presentation and timing in client interactions
