Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed individual cosmetic and event sales goals and department targets
- Provide dynamic in-store service and professional makeup consultations and applications
- Use effective questioning to identify client needs and recommend appropriate products and services
- Grow business through clienteling tools and social media engagement to build personal brand
- Cross sell across product lines to increase client basket and revenue
- Proactively offer and explain in-store services to personalize the client experience
- Maintain clean and welcoming counter standards and merchandising presentation
- Record and maintain client information and preferences using online clienteling resources
- Perform ad hoc responsibilities to support the department and store operations
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year retail experience within the beauty industry
- Demonstrated successful sales history achieving or exceeding goals
- Comfortable using technology, online clienteling tools, and social media platforms
- Strong communication skills and ability to build positive interpersonal relationships
- Ability to problem solve and contribute to a collaborative team environment
