Summary

Client Advisor responsible for cultivating client relationships through elevated selling, exceptional customer service, and personal engagement. Role involves in-store and digital client service using technology to drive sales and act as a trusted style confidante. Position reports to the Sales Manager and is onsite at the specified location.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a customer-centric mentality and deliver exceptional service
• Demonstrate expert styling and brand knowledge to improve sales
• Use technology and wardrobing to support selling efforts
• Engage clients both in-person and remotely with tailored presentations
• Utilize omni-channel and fleetwide inventory and digital selling tools
• Achieve personal sales, client conversion, and wardrobing goals
• Strategize outreach and technology usage to increase productivity
• Use social media and digital tools to connect with clients and drive traffic

Requirements

• Experience in styling, fashion, or fashion retail
• Experience with technology and selling to clients using digital tools
• Commission sales experience
• High school diploma or equivalency required
• Motivated with ability to set and achieve sales goals
• Flexible work schedule
• Ability to create a positive collaborative work environment
