Responsibilities
- Serve as the go to person in store for technical questions and selling techniques for Men's Ready To Wear
- Drive the Men's Ready To Wear business in store and act as a sales leader for the category
- Provide feedback to management on product performance, quality, client information, market trends and competitor activity
- Lead product trainings, morning briefings and 1:1 coaching on new launches and corporate strategy
- Manage and develop a personal portfolio of clients through proactive clienteling
- Demonstrate outstanding product knowledge and storytelling in client interactions
- Support local market initiatives and identify missing opportunities to grow business
Requirements
- Proven experience in luxury retail selling within Men's Ready To Wear or related category
- Strong clienteling and relationship building skills with a client portfolio
- Highly developed product knowledge and technical expertise in the category
- Excellent interpersonal and storytelling skills to convey product value
- Demonstrated commercial and analytical ability to drive sales
- Experience leading trainings or coaching peers on product and selling techniques
