Responsibilities

• Set and achieve counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
