Sales Manager

Summary

The Sales Manager co-manages boutique sales, customer service, and operations while developing the sales team. The role focuses on delivering a consistent luxury client experience and improving store performance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and direct the boutique's day-to-day sales operations.
• Develop strategies to improve customer service, drive sales, and increase profitability.
• Build and develop a strong sales team and implement sales initiatives.
• Resolve customer complaints and ensure efficient service.
• Ensure products and displays are merchandised effectively.
• Forecast staffing needs and support recruiting strategy with the District Manager.
• Participate in the annual review process.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least 5 years of retail sales experience.
• Luxury goods market knowledge and experience leading the work of others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal, analytical, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, SAP, client relationship management systems, and Outlook.
• Creative, self-motivated approach with a desire for challenge and growth.
