Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses to recommend products.
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools.
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions.
- Build and maintain vendor relationships to drive business results.
- Handle sales transactions including refunds and exchanges.
- Recruit and open new customer accounts in the rewards program.
- Maintain counter organization and cleanliness to keep department customer-ready.
- Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through trainings.
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming customer environment.
