Responsibilities
- Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses tailored to customer needs
- Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital tools
- Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions
- Build and maintain strong vendor relationships to maximize results
- Handle sales transactions including refunds exchanges and Nordstrom Rewards account openings
- Keep the counter organized clean and customer-ready
- Train on and stay current with beauty trends products and brand knowledge
- Collaborate with team members to create a welcoming inclusive environment
