Summary

The Beauty Counter Manager leads the assigned brand counter by delivering personalized makeup and skincare experiences, driving sales, and managing daily counter operations. This role balances selling, team collaboration, vendor relations, and digital outreach to build customer loyalty.

Responsibilities

• Perform makeup applications and skincare analyses and recommend products aligned with customer goals
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools including text and social media
• Manage scheduling and execution of vendor events and promotions and maintain strong vendor relationships
• Handle sales transactions, refunds, exchanges, and enroll customers in the rewards program
• Maintain counter organization, cleanliness, and a customer-ready presentation
• Stay current on beauty trends and product knowledge through training

• Passion for beauty, makeup application, skincare, and excellent customer service
• Strong ability to connect with customers, handle concerns empathetically, and contribute to a positive team environment
• Drive to achieve sales goals and comfort using networking and digital tools for selling
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; strong multitasking, organization, and follow-through
• Physical ability for continuous movement during shifts and to lift items up to 25 pounds
