The Beauty Counter Manager creates personalized beauty experiences while driving sales for the assigned brand. This role combines customer service, product education, makeup and skincare expertise, and team collaboration in a retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Conduct makeup applications and skincare analyses, and recommend products based on customer goals.
• Set and achieve personal and counter sales goals using in-store and digital selling tools.
• Manage vendor events and promotions, and build strong vendor relationships.
• Maintain an organized, customer-ready department and build customer loyalty.
• Stay current on beauty trends, products, and industry knowledge through training.
