Summary

The Sales Manager leads the sales experience for assigned store departments, driving results and fostering a customer-oriented environment. This on-site role partners with store leaders, merchants, vendors, and client development teams to achieve department and store goals.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales growth and department performance in alignment with company goals.
• Oversee merchandise presentation and communications with merchant and vendor partners.
• Manage team execution, set priorities, and develop action plans to address risks and improve results.
• Partner with client development leads to establish plans and strategies.
• Analyze customer behaviors, trends, and preferences, and adjust processes accordingly.
• Plan departmental budgets, control expenses, support audit compliance, and manage people, product placement, and sales promotions.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience, including luxury retail fashion experience.
• Demonstrated ability to achieve results and build, lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
