Summary

The Interim Assistant Manager leads and develops the Lingerie and Active sales team while supporting department sales and productivity goals. This role delivers an exceptional customer experience through directive selling, coaching, and active floor leadership.

Responsibilities

• Recruit, hire, train, develop, and motivate team members.
• Support the department manager in achieving sales volume and productivity goals through business planning and execution.
• Coach and lead salespeople to deliver outstanding customer service and meet sales goals.
• Maintain merchandising and presentation standards, support accurate inventory management, and help achieve shrinkage goals.
• Build customer relationships by actively selling on the floor.

Requirements

• Track record of successful sales results and strong productivity.
• Competitive drive and confidence to succeed in a commission-based environment.
• Ability to set and achieve sales goals.
• Experience building productive relationships with department and store managers, retail merchandisers, and other leaders.
• Strong organizational and follow-through skills.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
